I am a medical doctor and have raised 5 children
who are also medical doctors now.
Through my experiences,
I’ve known how hard it is to raise children
while working and what mothers would expect from
the people in the nursery field.
With this background,
I will start truly preferable childcare services within hospitals.
I aim at the childcare in which curiosity
of the children is stimulated and satisfied from
the viewpoint of cerebral physiology
and children/parents (guardians)/child care
workers can learn together, with the
hope that the children can establish themselves,
having acquired the feelings of
joy/sorrow/patience/sympathy/encouragement/etc.
in the relations with many
people such as parents,
friends, child care workers, etc.

The basis of everyday life of small children is
1. to play a lot happily;
2. to eat steadily well-balanced meals; and
3.to sleep tight. We set a high value on these three things for the children to be healthy in mind and body.
Basic policies of Pousse-Pousse Garderie are:
1.to implement childcare relevant to the age and the growth of each child based on “the guidelines of childcare in the nursery school,” while assisting the childcare workers and the parents (guardians) to closely keep in touch with each other;
2.to furnish hearty services to all the people to be related to the nursery school;
3.to assist parents (guardians), while understanding the parents’ (guardians’) expectations toward the child care workers, taking into consideration of stable relations and lives of children and parents (guardians), and making the best use of the characteristics of the nurseryschool and the specialty of the child care workers; and
4.to aim at a nursery school which is open to the region and the institution.
